This is a unique opportunity to join a stable, high-performing practice with deep industry roots, flexible culture, and top-tier partners. Key Responsibilities Handle a broad range of commercial and real estate litigation matters Work closely with partners on high-profile, high-stakes disputes Contribute to a growing, client-focused team with a strong business-development mindset Qualifications 2–6 years of litigation experience Strong work ethic and business acumen Open-minded on school and background—talent, hustle, and growth mindset valued over pedigree $180,000–$250,000 base salary (DOE) + annual bonus Minimum 1700 billable hours Excellent health insurance and benefits package Culture & Practice Highlights Collegial team led by personable partners Flexible hybrid work environment—preference for in-office, but arrangements made case-by-case Strong platform for attorneys interested in long-term growth and business development NONDISCRIMINATION STATEMENT:
