As a Corporate Risk Intelligence Lead, you will:

Lead and motivate a team of analysts, assign tasks, provide guidance, coach to maximize performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify training needs. Foster a collaborative environment and collaborate with line of business leaders to prioritize work and deliverables. Maintain and expand knowledge through workshops and publications to support data management, configuration, tuning, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Align projects to leverage team strengths, ensure timely delivery, and manage scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Define project scope, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Provide guidance on data collection, cleaning, and analysis of complex data sets using various analytical tools. Interpret data to identify trends and develop actionable insights and presentations for senior management. Oversee data analytics and reporting in support of regulatory and audit requests.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify priorities, and leverage data analysis to improve processes and decision-making. Mentor the CRI and technology teams in troubleshooting to mitigate production issues. Review solutions and provide guidance on recommendations, including non-traditional options. Act as a trusted advisor by delivering insights based on data analysis.

Establish and maintain quality standards for data analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.

Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science.

Required

Experience 4+ years progressive experience in application, data, and/or analytics within financial services and/or BSA/Risk function.

Required

7+ years progressive experience in application, data and/or analytics within financial services and/or BSA/Risk function.

Preferred

Licenses and Certifications Other CAMS, PMP, or other Fraud, Risk, IT or Data Analysis certifications.
