Executive Search Consultant role at Kimberly-Clark. You will attract and recruit executive leaders to support Kimberly-Clark’s mission to deliver better care for billions of people worldwide. In This Role, You Will

Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and talent needs. Influence search and selection criteria based on labor market knowledge; identify and implement search strategies to attract top leadership talent. Operate with an enterprise mindset, understand Kimberly-Clark’s business and talent strategies, and build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates by proactively engaging top-level talent aligned to current and future needs. End-to-End Management of Leadership Hiring and Pipeline Projects

Develop recruitment strategies underpinned by labor market insights and expertise. Advise and consult with senior leaders on workforce trends, competitor insights, and executive candidate expectations to attract the best talent. Prospect identification and engagement; behavioral interviewing and assessment; shortlist recommendations; and guidance on candidate selection. Manage candidate relationships, ensure exceptional candidate experience, perform references, prepare offers, negotiate, and close finalists. Continuous Improvement of the Executive Talent Acquisition Function

Develop and embed innovative recruitment practices to attract executive talent aligned with Kimberly-Clark’s ambitions and needs. Collaborate with internal partners (Talent Management, Rewards, Inclusion & Diversity, HR Partners) to elevate processes and deliver results. Manage search firms as needed as part of an overall executive sourcing strategy. Subject Matter Expertise

Develop research and talent intelligence on executives and executive-ready talent; act as a subject matter expert on recruiting strategies for Kimberly-Clark’s business segments. Capture and communicate market trends and intelligence to executive management to support talent sourcing strategy. Qualifications

8+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years on Executive level (VP+) search projects. Experience in a retained search firm or a combination of retained search and insourced executive search. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong business acumen and a growth mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects with confidentiality and strong time management. Engaging, collaborative style with ability to build credibility and relationships at all levels; strong influencing and negotiation skills. Technical aptitude and data discipline; experience with recruiting systems and processes; strong sourcing expertise and market research skills. Behavioral interviewing and assessment skills; willingness to coach and collaborate with recruiters and team members. Flexibility to be available to candidates and internal customers outside normal work hours; ability to travel occasionally (about 10%). Benefits and Work Arrangements
