Overview
Associate Director - Head of Space & Defense at CSG Talent. The Growth Leader - Defense, Intelligence, Health Business Unit (DI&H BU) will work in our client's Fairfax, VA office in a hybrid on-site/remote capacity (minimum 3 days in corporate offices). Responsibilities
Create and execute strategic account plans; build relationships with potential clients and industry partners; capture opportunities; help envision impactful solutions; and support all aspects of new growth efforts that deliver significant account expansion. Identify and qualify opportunities and drive strategic growth across the Business Unit. Provide direct account support to at least two major accounts across the business unit. Develop strategies and plans and build coalitions of people to solve the BU\'s most pressing strategic challenges. Collaborate with the DI&H Business Unit Leadership to: Provide direct support to DI&H BU account managers as required Listen, communicate and collaborate with technical, functional, and operational leadership Identify non-conventional solutions to the BU\'s strategic challenges Develop and implement DI&H BU Account and Growth Plans Identify new opportunities, perform market analysis, develop and execute capture plans, and monitor competitor activities at the account level Drive the expansion of the DI&H BU new business pipeline at the account level Understand the competitive marketplace; develop DI&H BU strategy for differentiation Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities based on ability to pursue and win Lead and/or support customer strategy, requirement interpretation, and solution generation Run capture on business opportunities for current and future work Lead stakeholder management and keep the DI&H BU Leadership Team informed and engaged, including timely escalation of issues needing resolution Enhance and support the customer relationship management strategy, and engage senior Government executives Build a positive brand in the marketplace Qualifications
Required Skills U.S. citizen Bachelor\'s degree or higher in relevant business, technical, or professional field of study Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility Minimum 8 years of successful account growth experience supporting federal agencies Successful past performance developing strategic customer relationships Demonstrated experience developing a qualified pipeline, building industry networks, and advising or leading account growth activities Demonstrated success breaking into new accounts, including developing and executing strategic account plans and driving sustained growth over time Experience working with technical teams to develop winning strategies, solutions, and discriminators Highly inquisitive and engaged in critical thinking Outstanding briefing and writing skills; experience presenting to executive leadership Knowledge of either DoD or Federal Health acquisition and budgeting processes Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS customer sites if needed Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Highly proactive, attention to detail, and programmatic skills Active listener Desired Skills Formal training in Account Management, Business Development, Capture Management, and / or Proposal Management Experience proposal writing and supporting color team reviews Seniority & Employment
