We are seeking a highly intuitive and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrates exceptional judgment, and takes initiative without prompting. Global experience and a proven ability to support executives and teams across onsite and remote settings are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the CSO and CCO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Anticipate needs and manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate with cross-functional leaders on research and commercial initiatives; assist with scientific presentations, investor materials, and external communications. Liaise with Legal, Procurement, and Compliance for document execution, vendor onboarding, and contract tracking. Manage vendor relationships, project timelines, and action plans to ensure accountability and timely deliverables. Serve as the communication hub for the leadership team; draft and organize internal and external communications. Qualifications Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in biotech, pharma, or research environments. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and tools such as Concur, Coupa, and Agiloft. Global experience and ability to operate effectively across time zones and cultures is a plus. Seniority level:
