About This Role: As the Data Center Commissioning Lead at Crusoe.ai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our data center construction projects are executed impeccably. You will take charge of developing and implementing robust commissioning plans, guaranteeing that all critical systems operate optimally and align with our high reliability standards. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining uptime and efficiency within our AI infrastructure, significantly contributing to the success of our pioneering projects. What You'll Be Working On: Craft and execute detailed commissioning plans for data center construction, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Manage partnerships with external commissioning agents. Oversee the entire commissioning process, from pre-functional testing to integrated systems testing and final acceptance. Collaborate with design engineers, construction teams, and suppliers for seamless system integration and commissioning. Perform critical reviews of design documents, specifications, and submittals to ensure adherence to commissioning standards. Establish and maintain commissioning schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct comprehensive functional testing and performance validation of key systems, documenting findings and addressing any issues. Proactively manage and resolve commissioning challenges and conflicts, identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate. Ensure all commissioning activities uphold relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Generate detailed commissioning reports and documentation, providing a thorough record of testing and performance outcomes. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Extensive experience in commissioning critical infrastructure, particularly in data centers. Deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems associated with data center operations. Proven experience managing complex commissioning projects successfully. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working within diverse teams. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices surrounding commissioning. Proficiency in developing and enforcing commissioning plans and procedures. Compensation will range from $155,000 to $175,000, inclusive of Restricted Stock Units in all offers. Compensation will depend on your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data alignment. Crusoe is committed to a diverse workplace.
