Key Responsibilities: Lead the Consulting for CFO Analytics, including scope definition, data gathering and analysis, and presentation of findings to clients Develop and implement advanced financial modeling and analysis techniques to solve complex business problems Work closely with clients to grow and understand their business challenges and provide strategic guidance on how to improve their financial performance Mentor and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance on project delivery, technical expertise, and professional development Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Analytics, and identify opportunities to integrate new techniques and technologies into our consulting services Collaborate with other teams within the organization to develop and deliver integrated solutions that combine Finance Analytics with other disciplines (e.g. marketing, supply chain) Conduct assessments of clients' current processes and technologies in the Finance department to identify opportunities for digital transformation Develop strategies for implementing digital technologies in the Finance department, including identifying specific technologies and developing a roadmap for their implementation Support clients through the implementation process, including providing guidance on project management and addressing any challenges or obstacles Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure the success of the digital transformation project Stay up to date on the latest developments and trends in digital technologies and their potential applications in finance Requirements: 12+ years of experience in a Finance / CFO Analytics Consulting role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects to clients Strong understanding of digital technologies, AI, or GenAI, and their potential applications in finance Strong experience with advanced data analysis techniques Experience consulting with clients on digital transformation projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for clients Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of consultants to deliver high-quality work Knowledge of project management principles and techniques Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, mathematics, or engineering Must be willing to travel more than 30%. Good to Have Skillsets (Any one of the below will work): Dashboarding experience (Any one PowerBI / Tableau / React / QlikView) Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamic etc.) Seniority level
