The Worldwide Distribution & Networks group, part of the Sony Pictures Television (SPT) division, is responsible for distributing Sony Pictures' feature films and TV content across global platforms in the Home Entertainment and Television space. This includes current releases and a vast library of iconic titles, as well as the studio's International Networks business across Latin America and Iberia. As their HR Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor and strategist, helping navigate transformation, fuel high-performance teams, and lead through change. Your Impact

Senior Manager, P&O Business Partner

supporting senior leaders across the Distribution & Networks organization, you'll report to the VP, P&O Business Partner and translate business needs into scalable, innovative people solutions built for a global audience. You'll lead initiatives in org design, change management, talent planning, and leadership coaching to influence both business direction and company culture. Key Responsibilities

Align HR strategy to business strategy; lead organizational design efforts to drive agility and efficiency (e.g., restructures, integrations, role evolution) Use data and insights to inform strategy and measure progress against goals Execute thoughtful change management plans to support transformation and long-term success Develop communication strategies to keep employees informed, engaged, and connected to the culture Support full talent lifecycle: forecasting, hiring, onboarding, development, performance, and succession Understand and align with SPE's key capabilities, critical roles, and core competencies Collaborate with Talent Planning to identify and support pivotal talent segments Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to accelerate leadership growth Act as a thought partner to senior leaders on strategic and operational people topics Assist in the compensation planning process, ensuring alignment with internal equity and market trends Coach leaders on inclusion, engagement, communication, and development strategies Track employee sentiment and develop data-informed approaches to improve team culture and performance Collaborate with P&O Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions Provide support in performance management, employee relations, and career development Foster innovation and morale by helping teams strengthen relationships and productivity Act as advisor to business leaders on AI technology adoption and integration; support change management initiatives related to AI enablement Qualifications Required

5+ years of global HR generalist experience, with several years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders Strong experience working with P&O teams across functions: Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, D&I, etc. Proven ability to build consultative, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders Skilled at influencing leaders and navigating complex, dynamic environments Solid understanding of business operations and how HR strategies impact the bottom line Knowledge of U.S. employment and labor law Bachelor's degree Preferred

Experience in entertainment, gaming, tech industries and/or streaming Exposure to global HR practices and international team support Background in joint venture or post-merger integration work Why SPE?

The anticipated base salary for this position is $139,000 to $160,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
