Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive Jet OUT's expansion. This sales-driven role focuses on comprehensive support for the sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to post-sale client relationship management, targeting C-level decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals. The BDA will work closely with Sales Directors, providing critical support in guiding qualified buyers through the sales process and securing commitments for Co-Ownership and Co-Lease. Responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging in outbound prospecting, managing CRM data in HubSpot, developing strategic growth plans, identifying and engaging potential Jet OUT Owners, cultivating strategic partnerships, providing market intelligence, and representing Jet OUT at industry events. The BDA will play a key role in facilitating Sales Directors\' efforts to achieve regional sales goals and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Conduct market research, engage in outbound prospecting, and execute targeted outreach to generate and qualify leads for Sales Directors. Outbound Engagement:
Utilize various prospecting techniques with an emphasis on outbound calling and in-person meetings to connect with key decision-makers. CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales interactions and pipeline opportunities within HubSpot. Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with Sales Directors to develop and implement strategies for market growth. Business Development:
Proactively identify and engage potential Jet OUT Owners by initiating strategic conversations about Co-Ownership and Co-Lease programs, directly driving new business opportunities. Strategic Partnerships:
Cultivate relationships with key business stakeholders to conduct educational activities and seminars, effectively promoting the Jet OUT brand and expanding market reach. Sales Cycle Support:
Assist in all stages of the sales process, from initial outreach and qualification to meeting coordination and post-sale client relationship management. Market Intelligence:
Stay up-to-date on aviation trends, market insights, and competitor offerings to enhance lead conversion and sales effectiveness. Event Representation:
Represent Jet OUT at industry events, networking functions, and private aviation expos as needed. Core Competencies
