Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Inventory Management and Supply Chain Coordinator to support our growing importing and distribution business. This role will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure the efficient movement of chilled and frozen lamb, mutton, and pet food products across the US. The candidate is expected to understand various roles within the team, including importing, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and delivery to customers. Experience in perishable supply chains and an understanding of the precision and timely attention to detail required for top-quality service and products are essential. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management:

Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock, minimize shortages, and prevent overstocking. Implement efficient inventory control measures. Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth product flow from source to customers. Monitor and optimize supply chain processes for efficiency. Customer Service:

Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and concerns. Provide prompt and professional customer service. Production Fulfilment:

Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Manage production schedules and communication across departments. Data Analysis:

Use data analytics to assess sales trends, forecast demand, and identify operational improvements. Generate management reports. Process Optimization:

Continuously seek and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiency. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory coordination, preferably in perishable goods or the meat industry. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with import logistics, cold chain management, or regulatory compliance is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., Rootstock, Salesforce). Effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Company Description: Fletcher International USA LLC is owned and operated by Fletcher International Exports Pty Ltd, based in Australia.
