We’re looking for a
Purchasing Manager
who’s equal parts strategist, negotiator, and organizer-in-chief. You’ll lead the charge on sourcing, buying, and managing the flow of everything that keeps our beverage operations running smoothly—from specialty spirits to barware and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Vendor Management – Build strong supplier relationships, develop procurement strategies, and keep our preferred vendor list sharp and competitive.
RFP & Contract Management – Collaborate with the Beverage Department to run RFPs, analyze proposals, and negotiate terms that work for everyone.
Inventory Reconciliation – Ensure what’s on paper matches what’s on our shelves, forecast demand, and prevent shortages or overstock.
Purchasing Operations – Process POs, track orders, and coordinate deliveries for events, programs, and day-to-day needs.
Negotiation & Cost Management – Secure the best deals without sacrificing quality.
Compliance & Reporting – Keep everything above board and report on purchasing performance to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
5+ years’ experience in purchasing/procurement (hospitality, catering, or F&B preferred)
Skilled in contract negotiation, inventory systems, and supplier relationship management
Analytical, organized, and comfortable making big decisions
Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments
Bonus Points For
Beverage industry knowledge
Experience with seasonal forecasting
Background in multi-location or event-based procurement
