Position: Assistant Store Manager
Responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
Minimum age requirement: 18.
Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.

Supports staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of Seasonal Stores as applicable.
Other duties related to Guest Services under the Store Manager’s direction.
