The Technology and Operations team within the Multifamily division is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Innovation Specialist with a primary focus on Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives. This role drives the adoption and integration of GenAI technologies across the multifamily organization, manages pilot projects, and shapes the strategic GenAI roadmap. Key Responsibilities
GenAI Pilot Management: Lead and oversee GenAI pilot projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes. Use Case Identification: Collaborate with business units to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases that drive value and innovation. Prompt Engineering Support: Provide expert guidance and support in prompt engineering to maximize GenAI model effectiveness. GenAI Roadmap Definition: Develop and maintain a comprehensive GenAI roadmap, outlining strategic priorities, milestones, and resource requirements. Employee Engagement & Adoption: Design and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement, education, and adoption of GenAI tools and practices. Prompt Library Ownership: Define the concept, structure, and governance of a prompt library; own its ongoing development, curation, and optimization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with IT, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure successful GenAI integration and scalability. Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of GenAI trends and share insights and best practices across the organization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, preferred. 5+ years of experience in innovation, AI, or technology-driven roles, preferred. Proven track record managing projects and pilots, preferred. Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, prompt engineering, and their business applications, preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. Experience driving technology adoption and employee engagement initiatives. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Keys to Success in this Role
