Manager, Product Management - Mobile Payments Team at Capital One. Lead the Mobile channel product for Payments and oversee two tech teams (iOS and Android) to deliver on a strategic, high-visibility agenda. Responsibilities

Develop a strategic vision and OKRs Iterate through a test and learn agenda, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement Collaborate with engineers, analysts and designers to deliver new capabilities, features and experiences on the roadmap Manage key stakeholders and partners Lead the tech teams through agile ceremonies including PI and sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives Capital One Product Framework

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications
