Product Manager, Enterprise Finance

role at

Netflix . Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services with millions of members in many countries. The Enterprise Finance Product organization builds solutions that empower global teams to plan, manage, and optimize the company’s financial performance across all business lines. We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Enterprise Finance team, focused on building the next generation of financial planning & analysis (FP&A) tools and analytics for Netflix’s business areas—including Ads, Games, People Cost, and Corporate FP&A teams. You will help shape and deliver robust, scalable, and intuitive planning systems that drive financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

Build and own the strategic product roadmap for enterprise-grade FP&A systems and analytics, taking product concepts from ideation through validation, launch, measurement, and iteration. Partner closely with Finance, Engineering, Data Science, and Business Operations to deeply understand the needs of Ads, Games, People Cost, and Corporate FP&A teams. Lead the design and implementation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics tools—leveraging a blend of purpose-built solutions and best-in-class third-party platforms (e.g., Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Pigment, Hyperion). Drive the development of data pipelines, integrations, and APIs that ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across finance platforms. Author strategy memos, presentations, and business cases, and represent your team’s work to senior executives. Define and measure product success, using data and analytics to inform priorities and evaluate impact. Foster a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, inspiring and motivating colleagues across design, engineering, and data science. Champion best practices for financial data management, analytics, and user experience within internal enterprise products. Clearly articulate product strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and informed decision-making. What You’ll Bring

5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise products or platforms, ideally within Finance or Analytics. Deep experience with enterprise financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Pigment, Hyperion, Essbase, Adaptive, etc.), including system implementation, configuration, and integration. Strong understanding of FP&A processes—budgeting, forecasting, cost management, variance analysis, cash flow planning, financial hierarchies, and multi-currency workflows. Experience partnering with engineers on complex data pipelines, system integrations, and APIs. Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform product decisions and drive business impact. Experience working with ML/AI-enabled products is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences. Experience building internal products or B2B enterprise applications. Strong instincts for outstanding customer experience and user-centric design. Ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and lead cross-functional teams.
