Overview
The Product Manager, Technology Innovation will lead and oversee the ideation, conceptualization, feature selection, market fit for cutting-edge technological solutions that drive innovation within the organization. This role focuses on driving cutting-edge product development and leading design thinking workshops. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of product management, strong design thinking skills, and experience in UX/UI design to develop innovative technology solutions. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Innovation. Basic Purpose
To provide thought leadership and day to day oversight for Product management teams that will research, prioritize and design the feature set for the next generation of solutions powered by technology innovation at Grady. Direct Reports
A team of about 3-5 Product owners/managers in the future. At present, this Product Manager of Technology Innovation will lead vendor teams. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in related field or equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of degree. Seven (7) or more years of job-related experience. Equal Opportunity
