Okoora is building the global standard in

Embedded FX Infrastructure . Our FX360 engine powers banks, PSPs, ERPs, marketplaces, brokers, and financial advisors with automated FX risk management, multi-currency wallets, and monetized cross-border flows. The Global Partnerships Manager is responsible for creating and expanding a worldwide network of strategic partners who act as distribution multipliers for Okoora. This role is not measured by the number of signed partnerships alone, but by the clients those partners bring in. Every partnership must translate into ARR through downstream customer adoption. Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and activate global partners across key categories: Core Banking Solution providers (e.g., Finxact, FIS). Banks & Neobanks. Payment Providers & PSPs. ERP / TMS / SaaS platforms. Financial advisors, brokers, and consultants. System integrators and value-added resellers. Structure partnership agreements that enable downstream distribution of FX360. Ensure every partner is equipped to onboard, refer, or embed clients seamlessly. Work closely with Sales and Solution Engineering to convert partner-led leads into monetized clients. Build long-term, high-trust relationships with partners that lead to recurring client acquisition. Core Responsibilities

Map and prioritize global ecosystems (banking, payments, ERP, advisory, brokerage). Open strategic conversations with decision-makers at partner organizations. Negotiate collaboration models (white label, embedded API, referral). Support partners in go-to-market motions that bring their clients onto Okoora’s infrastructure. Track pipeline and client acquisition generated through partners. Align internal teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) to maximize partner success and revenue outcomes. Collaboration

Executives at banks, PSPs, ERP vendors, core banking providers, broker networks, financial advisory firms, and system integrators. Internally:

Proven track record in global partnership or channel sales roles (fintech, SaaS, payments, banking, or core infrastructure providers). Experience building distribution networks that generated measurable client acquisition. Strong ability to engage C-level executives and product/partnership leaders. Understanding of financial systems, payments, FX, or core banking technology. Strategic negotiator with commercial acumen – capable of designing win-win models. Entrepreneurial, high-velocity operator with global perspective.
