L3Harris Technologies is looking for a senior level subcontracts manager/supply chain professional to help lead supply chain efforts and critical subcontracts in support of the Microelectronics Division in the Intel and Cyber Business Sector of the Space & Airborne Systems Business Segment. This role is responsible for the overall life cycle of a subcontract, from the initial sourcing and acquisition strategy development, requirements definition phase, through the solicitation, negotiation, award, cost and schedule management, subcontractor execution and closeout steps. Subcontracts leverages a variety of subcontract types to best manage risk for both L3Harris and our customer. In addition to subcontracts responsibilities this role acts as the main point of contact for the PMO to coordinate and drive execution across the supply chain functions. Essential Functions

Responsible for leading supply chain strategy and execution in partnership with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations by ensuring material availability that meets program cost, quality and delivery performance requirements. Drive best-in-class supply chain processes and efficiencies; use hands-on, cross-functional approaches to identify pain points and drive improvements. Track and coordinate all program deliverables with functional and program leaders; highlight risks and mitigate them; provide regular reports on program status and long-term supply chain risks. Oversee material cost accounts to keep programs on cost and schedule. Manage flow of milestones and project requirements including supplier capacity and capability analysis; ensure supplier ability to supply parts with ongoing material flow adjustments for line fill and inventory optimization. Provide technical support for DFx (design for manufacturability, supply chain and cost) including reviewing engineering changes and assessing materials/supply chain impact. Engage in processes improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of product development and supply chain processes. Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet program and customer requirements; interact with suppliers to ensure support and execution of deliverables. Develop, drive, and track supply chain management metrics. Manage existing subcontractor relationships, support routine customer task orders/changes, data analysis, compliance reviews of subcontract files, and preparation of bids/estimates; audit support (including CPSR, AS9100, etc.). Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of related experience. Active Top Secret / SCI with the ability to obtain Top Secret / SCI w/ Poly Preferred Additional Skills

Experience in Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Contracts, Procurement, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Legal and Government compliance, and/or Finance. Knowledge of Subcontracts processes; experience with Federal contracting/subcontracting (FAR/DFAR/AMS). Experience managing various types of complex subcontracts (hardware, software, services); supplier negotiations and risk management. Demonstrated experience with senior leadership communications.
