Job Summary:
The Director of Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple manufacturing sites, with full P&L responsibility. This role will drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across all facilities. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Division Vice President of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple manufacturing sites to achieve operational, financial, and strategic goals.
Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
Develop and execute annual business plans and long-term strategic initiatives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to align operations with business objectives.
Host customer visits and represent the company in external engagements.
Mentor and develop site leadership teams to build organizational capability.
Experience:
10+ years of progressive leadership in operations or manufacturing management, including multi-site responsibility and full P&L ownership.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Proven leadership and team development skills.
Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
