Insurance Agency Owner - $20,000 agency opening bonus. AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. Earning potential is unlimited through a 100% incentive-based compensation structure with competitive new-business and renewal commissions and bonus programs. Agency Launch Bonus
The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency: $20,000 Marketing Reimbursement
Paid to Agency Owner: $20,000 or more (qualify up to $10K per quarter) First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis Starts in year 3 (month 25) Full ownership (Equity) of your book of business Strong Support Throughout the Process
EA model designed to serve members with candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. Provides onboarding deployment plan, compliance guidance, and comprehensive education through in-person and virtual training. Resources to grow your business, including staff recruitment, financial management, business planning, and access to experienced EAs and a network of experts. Recruiter can review specifics. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry experience and need capital to ensure service to AAA and members. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property & casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a defined client base. Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred, not required; if not held, you must be willing to obtain at candidate’s expense) Review and completion of the Business Plan / Cash Flow analysis (AAA provides assistance) Learning & Development requirements: 4-week 100% virtual training/live instructor class AAA branded office – approved office space 75K investable capital (proof of funds available for investment; seasoned for 60 days) Must pass background checks (criminal history and credit/financial) 2 licensed staff Products include
AAA Membership – autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles with roadside assistance and member benefits Property and casualty insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines (varies by state) Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities Job details
