Digital Strategy & Alignment – Collaborate with leadership to define digital roadmaps aligned with business objectives (e.g., AI adoption, cloud migration, omnichannel experiences). Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes (e.g., RPA, low-code platforms) and quantify ROI. Requirements Elicitation & Documentation – Gather and refine requirements for digital products (web/mobile apps, SaaS tools, APIs) through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research. Create detailed specifications (user stories, wireframes, process flows) using tools like Jira, Miro, or Figma. Process Optimization & Automation – Analyze current workflows (e.g., customer onboarding, supply chain) and redesign them using digital technologies (e.g., workflow automation, chatbots). Partner with DevOps teams to implement and test automated solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration – Facilitate cross-functional sessions with product, engineering, UX, and marketing teams to prioritize features and resolve blockers. Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Data-Driven Decision Making – Use analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) to track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, system performance) and measure digital project success. Synthesize data insights to recommend iterative improvements. Agile & DevOps Support – Serve as the “voice of the business” in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives).
