As the Vice President of Product Strategy at Kitsap Credit Union you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our product offerings. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for leading the product management team, developing and executing product strategies, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and competitive products that meet the needs of our members and align with the credit union's mission and values. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our product management team in driving the development and implementation of innovative digital and credit union products. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, a proven track record of product leadership, and a passion for leveraging technology to deliver exceptional member experiences. Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the credit union's business objectives, market trends, and member needs. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather member feedback to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing ones. Set objectives that empower product development teams to achieve key business results. Champion a user-centric approach to design and ensure that digital products meet the needs and expectations of our members. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations. Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and technology, to ensure seamless product development and implementation.
