Prospecting

via LinkedIn, industry tools, and other channels to identify potential leads. Researching and qualifying

leads to engage. Conducting outreach

through phone calls and emails, leveraging provided leads and self-prospecting. Scheduling meetings

and presentations with qualified prospects to demo our AI-enabled energy procurement software. Driving the sales process

by following up with prospects until contracts are signed and partners are onboarded. About This Role

You’ll be responsible for directly contributing to Power Kiosk’s revenue growth by adding new Partners who will drive revenue through software licenses and energy procurement sales. How Success is Measured

You’ll be assessed based on the following metrics: Number of new software licenses sold monthly Revenue generated by enrolled Partners Number of new prospects curated each month Number of demos/meetings set and executed each month Why Power Kiosk?

Experience in Property Management or Commercial Real Estate

is preferred Fluency in English

(both written and verbal) is required. College degree

preferred. 1+ year of sales experience

(ideally in a new business development or partner acquisition role). Experience with CRM software
