As a member of the HR Systems Services (HRSS) team you will play an integral part in supporting our business partners in major HR technology initiatives, system administration, and providing world-class customer support. In this role you will be exposed to multiple HR systems with a focus on primary administrator for our Benefits and PTO administration within UKG Pro Core and UTA. You will provide back up support to UKG Core as back up to the HRSS Manager and TMS Analyst and will be involved in data maintenance of HR records in UKG Pro and day-to-day support of the TMS system. In addition, you will serve to assist the reporting Analyst on report creation in UKG BI as well as MicroStrategy BI. Reporting to the HRSS Manager, you will work with a team of 15 within HR Systems Services, while supporting a Human Resources department of over 110. You will directly support our corporate office, located in Calabasas Hills, CA, including over 47,900 staff members.

What you’ll get to do

This role will function as the main system admin of our Time Off administration/configuration within UKG Pro UTA and Core, and as the system analyst for all Benefit Related integrations. Provide day-to-day support of our Human Capital Management (HCM), PTO, and TMS systems. Configure systems to meet business needs (processes, user interfaces, correspondences, etc.). Participate in project initiation by defining project scope and supporting work plans, estimates, and timelines. Provide end-to-end project support, including requirements, analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Identify, analyze, and document process flows, system diagrams, and SOPs. Maintain the integrity of HR systems by conducting regular system audits, streamlining processes, increasing data integrity, and guiding end users. Leverage system and process expertise to analyze and troubleshoot complex system/user issues and determine root cause. Lead or manage issue resolution across end-users, peer support groups, technical teams, and vendors as required. Collaborate with system vendors to resolve issues, implement updates, and design/maintain interfaces. Develop new reports or update existing reports using UKG BI, UTA Cognos, and MicroStrategy (SQL based).

What we require

3+ years of experience working in HR Systems. 2+ years of experience in Benefits/Time Off, including environments with multiple staff groups and varying benefit/time-off offerings; understanding general time-off laws and HCM time-off policy setup. 1+ years of experience with report writing using drag-and-drop tools and SQL; UKG BI and UTA Cognos reporting knowledge preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Outlook). Advanced Excel skills (Slicers, Macros, etc.). High School Diploma or Equivalent.

What we prefer

Time Off configuration in UKG Pro Core and UTA; WFM exposure is a plus. Experience with Benefit vendors such as BSwift, Fidelity, Health Equity, etc. Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
