Job Description
Summary Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Implementation Lead to drive the full lifecycle deployment of Oracle Fusion Recruiting & Onboarding. This role will oversee design, configuration, integrations, testing, training, and change management to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience. The role will also ensure onboarding workflows integrate smoothly with downstream systems such as background checks, ServiceNow, IT provisioning, and resource readiness platforms. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Recruiting & Onboarding (requirements to post-go-live). Conduct workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design scalable solutions. Configure career sites, job flows, requisitions, offers, hiring manager dashboards, and recruiting campaigns. Ensure onboarding workflows integrate with systems like ServiceNow, background check vendors, IT provisioning, and facilities for resource readiness. Define and execute testing strategies (unit, SIT, UAT) and manage cutover, migration, and defect resolution. Oversee data migration, validation, reconciliation, and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and security alignment. Partner with Change Management teams to enable adoption, training, and communications. Provide post-go-live support, knowledge transfer, and serve as SME for Recruiting & Onboarding. Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and best practices to continuously optimize solutions. Maintain documentation (design docs, config workbooks, process flows, test scripts). Ensure compliance with audit, HIPAA, and regulatory standards. Requirements
7+ years Oracle HCM implementation experience, with at least 3 full-cycle projects as Recruiting & Onboarding Lead. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes. Hands-on experience with integrations to job boards, background check solutions, HR Core, ServiceNow, and IT provisioning. Experience managing onboarding readiness (laptop delivery, access setup, workspace provisioning). Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with global implementations and multi-country rollouts. Ability to work EST hours and travel 15-20%. Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification preferred. Nice-to-Have
Background in HR system rollouts in corporate/enterprise environments. Strong compliance/regulatory knowledge. Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.
