Job Description CosmoProf Store Manager. Your Role As a Store Manager

Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great, customized hair and beauty solution.

Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals with emphasis on budget control, expense management, sales growth, and inventory management.

Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies.

Maintain an attractive store appearance and environment.

Qualifications To Be a Store Manager

At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.

Experience in operational, financial and performance management.

Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.

Self-starter with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Passion for hair and beauty.
