Lead and manage the flagship location with a focus on premium service and guest experience Lead and execute weekly coffee cuppings and seasonal menu launches Partner with senior barista and culinary leads to innovate guest experiences and product offerings Refine front-of-house systems to deliver luxury service with operational efficiency Coach team on elevated hospitality and upselling techniques Manage vendor relationships and community partnerships to uphold brand standards General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage management (coffee-specific experience highly preferred) Proven success managing and developing a team of 10+ staff Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L oversight Familiarity with industry-standard POS and inventory systems Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as business requires ServSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in premium or boutique hospitality environments Barista training or certifications (e.g., SCA, latte art) Strong sense of aesthetics and visual merchandising Knowledge of sustainable sourcing and operational practices A personal passion for specialty coffee, food culture, and thoughtful design Must Haves
