CFO About The Role
We are looking for a
Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps)
to partner with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to drive predictable growth. In this role, you will be responsible for pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, sales performance metrics, and process optimization across the revenue engine. You will connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure GTM alignment, data-driven decision making, and the right insights to hit targets. Key Responsibilities
Sales Process & Alignment Partner with Sales leadership to define, refine, and enforce sales processes from lead generation to closing. Maintain pipeline hygiene and stage progression criteria for accurate deal management. Drive forecasting cadence and reporting to provide leadership with actionable insights. Align Marketing, SDR, and Sales on lead handoff, SLAs, and conversion metrics. Metrics, Reporting & Analytics Own sales performance dashboards (e.g., pipeline coverage, win rates, cycle times, quota attainment). Track leading and lagging indicators to help Sales leadership proactively manage the business. Provide weekly and monthly reporting packages to executive leadership and Finance. Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend process improvements. Systems & Tools Serve as the CRM (Salesforce) and Revenue platform (Gong) owner, ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and adoption. Manage integrations with sales engagement, marketing automation, and customer success tools. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve sales efficiency and forecasting accuracy. Collaboration & Enablement Work with and manage Sales Enablement to embed best practices into onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching. Partner with Finance to ensure consistency between pipeline forecasts and revenue projections. Ensure GTM teams are aligned on KPIs, definitions, and reporting standards. Qualifications
5-10 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations (FinTech or SaaS preferred). Proven experience driving forecasting accuracy and sales pipeline management. Strong expertise with Salesforce CRM, Gong Revenue platform, and sales analytics tools. Experience with Looker Studio and HubSpot a plus. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; SQL familiarity a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling sales teams to succeed. Experience managing and motivating an entrepreneurial RevOps team. Salary Range
