Overview

Assemble products following specifications and perform quality control within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products following specifications
• Ensure quality control during assembly
• Maintain production efficiency
• Operate tools and machinery safely
• Report issues to supervisors
• Perform quality control tests
• Inventory management

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in industry tools/software
• High School Diploma / GED required
• Ability to have prompt, regular and reliable work attendance required

Preferred (Optional)

• Previous GMP experience preferred
• Previous SAP experience preferred
• Previous experience with Google products (gMail, gSheets, gDoc, etc) preferred

Soft and Hard Skills

• Soft skills: effective communication, attention to detail, reliability & punctuality, safety awareness, flexibility, adaptability, teamwork/collaboration
• Hard skills: record keeping, data entry, product assembly, safely operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, GMP knowledge, basic inventory tracking, ability to follow instructions with or without written procedures, basic troubleshooting & data analysis skills, SAP/ERP experience

Minimum requirements

• 2 years of experience
• High School Diploma/ GED
