Salesforce Technical Product Owner — Plano, TX — FTE Responsibilities

Decompose features into user stories with testable acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders to define features, EPICs, and user stories in Salesforce. Understand the overall product vision and communicate it to the Scrum team. Groom backlog, prioritize bug fixes, UX improvements and feature expansion/elimination with the team. Plan, facilitate and participate in backlog grooming at the appropriate tempo (2-sprint backlog). Negotiate prioritization of dependencies with other teams and commit to dependencies opened against the team. Write user stories, conduct sprint ceremonies, and report on the health of the scrum team. Review content and design with Legal to obtain feedback on legal risk and determine changes to implement. Attend demos and accept stories that meet the Definition of Done. Monitor agile metrics/KPIs (POCR, progression, conversion) and identify areas for improvement. Review scope with UX, technology and development teams for definition and prioritization of technical debt backlog items. Understand technical debt and collaborate with development/architecture for backlog prioritization. Ensure effective communication of user stories and their connection to features. Qualifications

Safe Agile trained; 8 years of experience in product definition and acceptance criteria (including reporting acceptance). Knowledge of JIRA, Agile Craft, Kanban, Microsoft Scrum, Office tools and SharePoint. Knowledge of Telco products and services is an added advantage. Exceptional writing, communication, teamwork and influencing skills to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Experience in traditional SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies (customer/business requirements). Ability to monitor agile metrics, KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
