This is part of a growing technology-enabled financial services environment within a regional bank. Location: On site in office within the First Horizon 12 state footprint. Position Overview

The Product Developer participates in a multi-disciplinary team to develop new or enhance current products and services that enable next‑generation Treasury Management solutions. The role focuses on client experience and ease of use, guiding product development from concept to market launch. The Product Developer acts as a bridge between business strategy and development, prioritizing backlog items to align with customer needs and business objectives with guidance from Product Managers and senior leaders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Creating and Managing the Product Backlog — Collaborate with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize user stories and backlog items, ensuring transparency and alignment with value, effort, and business priorities. Communicating the Product Goal — Articulate the product vision and objectives to stakeholders and develop pricing and profitability metrics. Working with the Scrum Team — Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and support delivery. Acting as a Liaison — Represent the voice of the customer and business to the development team; define client needs and build the business case with ROI discipline. Managing Feedback — Incorporate user and stakeholder feedback to improve the product and formalize lessons learned for future projects. User Acceptance Testing — Collaborate with the UAT group, test product prototypes, and seek early client input/feedback. In essence, the Product Developer is responsible for delivering value to customers, users, and the company; guiding the development team to build the right thing aligned with customer needs and business goals. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Experience with Agile methodology Experience with innovation and applying technology to build solutions Analytically oriented with ability to break down complex processes and explain them to stakeholders Ability to analyze problems from multiple stakeholder perspectives (360-degree analysis) Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office for memos, spreadsheets, and presentations Self-starter with ability to motivate peers and influence partners to achieve goals Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required: Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning technologies Experience working in an Agile team Experience with Jira and Confluence Prior experience with Financial Technologies Knowledge of treasury services and payment products Experience with product design Client-facing interaction experience Computer and Office Equipment

Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with Jira for tracking project progress Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools Familiarity with treasury management systems and payment platforms is preferred Certificates and Licenses

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar certification is a plus About Us
