The Supply Chain Trainee Program (SCTP) is designed to jump-start your career with concentrated training and exposure to multiple roles. Throughout the program, SCTPs gain a 360° view of the supply chain by experiencing operations in one of our Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or Logistics Central Services teams. This is the initial step, where you will learn the business as a front-line manager in warehouses or within Logistics Central Services, executing truck routing or inventory management and working with operational facilities. This experience provides first-hand knowledge of the supply chain and the experiences needed to become a future leader. Job Responsibilities
Rotate through field warehouses or Central Services teams to gain a holistic understanding of the site. Gain front-line experience, lead teams and/or execute operational processes, and learn the business hands-on. Learn about Supply Chain support functions and other functions within our facilities. Prepare for first placement as a front-line manager in Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or as a Specialist within Central Services teams. Participate in development opportunities to boost Supply Chain skills and long-term career potential through leadership and functional trainings. Complete project work with real business impact, solving problems or implementing improvements in the supply chain. Exposure to senior leaders and mentorship throughout the program. Job Qualifications
Current university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree and a GPA of 3.0 or greater. Background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business preferred, but all majors are accepted. Geographical & Functional mobility – willing to work in different functions and locations across the U.S. during the 12-month program and beyond. Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems. Demonstrated leadership in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities. Self-motivated to drive results and exceed expectations. Strong teamwork, active listening, inclusivity, and openness to diverse opinions. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects and teams, and adapts to change. Open-minded, insightful, innovative, asks questions, and seeks to understand the why behind processes. Willing to challenge the status quo and pursue process improvements, with calculated risk-taking. Note:
