Lead the execution of complex public projects from initiation through completion, ensuring seamless delivery for clients Collaborate directly with clients to define project scope, set goals, and manage deliverables throughout the project lifecycle Oversee project budgets and financial requirements to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with client expectations Manage day-to-day project activities, including timely reporting, invoicing, and tracking progress to keep projects on schedule Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to support project success and long-term partnerships Pursue business development opportunities in coordination with the VP and EVP to expand public sector engagement Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in recruiting activities and team-building initiatives Supervise and mentor a team of direct reports, ensuring high performance and professional development Implement public sector strategies set forth by the VP and EVP, aligning regional operations with the company's broader strategic goals Coordinate closely with leadership to identify and pursue opportunities in the public sector and contribute to market growth We are looking for someone who

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of Right of Way acquisition experience Must include two (2) years managing transportation projects Experience utilizing the Uniform Relocation Act Understanding of project financials Prior experience with creating/maintaining project schedules Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Dropbox, and Outlook Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in person, via phone and email. Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high amounts of computer usage and typing. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee is occasionally required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This employee is required to occasionally travel to government buildings which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations.
