FounderLed.io is an end-to-end go-to-market partner for early-stage startups. We help founders build outbound systems, create content, close deals, and scale revenue. Our clients are backed by top VC/s and Accelerators like YC Combinator and Craft, and we’ve generated over $40M in pipeline across dozens of B2B startups. We’re a small and fast-growing team, and we’re hiring a project manager to own Client Success & Operations to help us manage clients, run internal projects, and build systems as we scale. Responsibilities
Join weekly client calls and take ownership of follow-ups and communication Be the main point of contact for client questions and updates Manage tasks across the team to make sure deliverables get done on time Build and improve internal processes for client work, outreach, and reporting Help keep projects on track and identify issues early Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in client success, project management, or operations Clear and professional communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work across multiple projects and keep things moving Familiar with ChatGPT, Claude, and experience using AI Bonus: experience with tools like Notion, Smartlead, Apollo, LinkedIn, Clay, and Slack Bonus: experience at a startup or agency Why this role
