Support the development and execution of the data ingestion and movement platform vision aligned with business goals Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap for data ingestion and movement capabilities Stay informed on industry trends to inform data ingestion strategy Partner with engineering on the development of data ingestion tools and services Translate data ingestion technical capabilities into business value and user benefits What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5+ years of technical product management experience in data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, or data engineering Understanding of data ingestion patterns, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline architectures Experience with data integration APIs, connectors, and orchestration tools Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience as a software or data engineer Strong business acumen to prioritize features based on customer value Experience with data ingestion tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis) Knowledge of data quality frameworks and compliance requirements for data ingestion Insurance industry experience We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
