Minimal Domestic/International travel required, possibly 15% of the time. Job Description GALT Aerospace is seeking a full-time, salaried Senior Logistics Engineer for a production program related to Military Airborne Communication Mission Payload System Production Programs. At GALT Aerospace, the Senior Logistics Engineer is responsible for transportation coordination, government furnished equipment inventory, compliance with ITARs and other relevant regulations, documentation of reporting related to shipments, invoices, and other logistical data, and is the main customer interface for resolving logistical issues. Responsibilities also include supporting the Program Manager with other assigned duties, and building/nurturing customer relationships with US Department of Defense and US aerospace/defense companies. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and/or Management. 4+ years of logistics experience in the aerospace defense industry, preferably as a DoD contractor Lead logistics engineering efforts for avionics systems across the product lifecycle—from concept through sustainment. Develop and manage logistics product data in compliance with GEIA-STD-0007 standards. Author, review, and maintain S1000D-compliant technical publications, including Data Modules and Common Source Databases (CSDB). Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and generate outputs such as LCN structures, provisioning data, and maintenance task analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, field support representatives, supply chain, and program management. Support the development of ILS deliverables such as Maintenance Plans, Support Equipment Lists, and Training Materials. Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) assessments. Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements for logistics documentation and supportability. Familiarity with the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker system. Manage the travel schedule of deployed field support representatives and training teams. Represent the company during provisioning conferences and spares planning throughout the lifecycle of the program. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including MS-Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. US export control eligibility: This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. You must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). Additional Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics engineering, with a focus on tactical networked systems. Strong working knowledge of S1000D authoring tools and CSDB management. Proven experience with GEIA-STD-0007 and logistics data modeling. Working knowledge of tools such as EAGLE, Arbortext, Solidworks, or equivalent. Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Active DoD Secret clearance Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit or stand for 1 hour at a time Must be able to operate a computer Pay Scale
