Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated
Software Developer/Engineer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a subset of the following skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in other areas. This role involves collaborating with team members to develop new features, improve standard features, and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring comprehensive testing, and providing the necessary support and documentation.
This is a hybrid position and will require up to 3 days a week on a Government site.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications
Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes
Create and manage tickets in Jira
Document processes and projects in Confluence
Requirements:
US Citizen
Active Secret Clearance required
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of related professional experience
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing frameworks
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity and experience with CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in front-end development with React, NextJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Proficiency in ticket creation and management using Jira
Ability to create and maintain documentation in Confluence
Willingness to learn or have existing proficiency in Java, including JPA, Spring, and Hibernate
Familiarity with Git, ORMs, RESTful APIs, JDBC, Junit
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.?

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
