Procurement Director role at Tate Flooring (Red Lion, PA). This position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Tate’s supply chain and procurement processes, including strategic planning, demand forecasting, supply chain efficiency, and procurement management in collaboration with local teams. The role focuses on aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives and executing them with continuous improvement, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do

Develop and implement demand and supply chain planning strategies that align with Tate’s business objectives and market demand. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance and operations to integrate demand and supply planning into broader business strategies. Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts based on market trends, sales data and customer insights. Use advanced analytical tools to improve forecast accuracy, drive data-driven decisions, and identify risks and opportunities in demand planning. Lead optimization of the supply chain to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and balance inventory with customer demand. Drive visibility, tracking and performance measurements across the supply chain network. Develop and manage procurement strategies to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. Establish strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality standards; monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in demand and supply planning, staying abreast of industry trends and technologies and monitoring key performance indicators. Work with Tate business lines to communicate a clear demand and supply planning strategy translated into actionable plans. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing demand and supply planning team across Tate businesses. Additional Expectations

Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies, including the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure duties related to product compliance adhere to the Product Compliance Policy, laws, regulations, and market demands. Responsible for tasks to achieve compliance goals within the Compliance Management System. Raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System with a supervisor or through the confidential whistle blower service. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree and professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus. Minimum of 10 years in demand planning, supply chain management, procurement or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global organization. Industry experience is desirable but not essential. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in demand forecasting and supply chain optimization tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels. Action-oriented with urgency and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Experience leading and developing diverse, cross-functional teams. Employee Benefits
