Traction Power Manager
to oversee the inspection, maintenance, and performance of our 25kV AC Traction Electrification System — including substations and overhead catenary systems. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor a team of Supervisors and Technicians Manage system inspections, testing, and maintenance Coordinate outages and ensure safety compliance Oversee documentation and reporting in the Maintenance Management System Support recruitment, budgeting, and performance reviews Collaborate across departments to meet operational goals Qualifications Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred) 3+ years in high-voltage systems or utility substations 1+ year in a leadership role within operations or maintenance Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Must be available for emergency response (on-call) Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings What We Offer Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement) How to Apply
