Overview

Insight Global is looking to hire a Mortgage Processor/ Customer Experience Specialist to work for a large client in the Los Angeles area. This is a customer service role, operating in a call center environment and supporting Consumer Direct Lending. The Specialist acts as the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer. Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr Details

Location: Los Angeles area Pay range provided by Insight Global; your actual pay will be based on skills and experience Responsibilities

Answer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner Perform routine data entry and validation tasks Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses with employees, consumers and/or authorized 3rd parties Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution Qualifications

Experience within mortgage/financial services Experience with customer service Employment details
