As a Senior Operations Leader, you’ll be the business leader of a Wonder location overseeing a shared kitchen that serves multiple brands, channels, and delivery methods. You will lead a multifunctional team, manage cross-brand collaboration in a single facility, and own the local P&L like a General Manager. Success requires operational dexterity, from staffing decisions to vendor relations. You’ll manage employees and contract partners, drive business results, and represent Wonder in the local partner ecosystem. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with experience in operations, logistics, eCommerce, hospitality, or related fields to build and scale a complex operation. Responsibilities

Lead Day-to-Day Operations with Excellence: oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery); optimize labor, throughput, and service execution; ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards; monitor inventory accuracy and waste; forecast demand and adjust workflows; analyze customer feedback and operational trends; set and drive KPIs across contributors. Manage Team and Partner Performance: hire, onboard, coach, schedule, and develop a high-performing team of hourly employees and shift leaders; lead a blended on-site workforce of internal staff and external partners; foster an on-brand, collaborative environment; address performance issues with coaching; ensure compliance with labor laws. Drive Business Results & Own the P&L: take ownership of the location’s P&L; use data to optimize labor, food costs, and margins; establish KPIs for guest experience, order accuracy, throughput, and financial performance; partner cross-functionally to identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities; develop action plans from performance insights. Grow the Business: build talent pipelines, develop trainers for openings, mentor managers-in-training, and model company values; anticipate future needs and align staffing and development for growth; contribute ideas for innovation and best practices. Manage Partnerships & Represent the Wonder Brand: serve as on-site point of contact for brand partners and vendors; cultivate local relationships to ensure consistency and a seamless customer experience; ensure each brand adheres to Wonder standards; represent Wonder in the local community. Who You Are

Business operator with at least 3 years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, field-based retail, hospitality, food, or eCommerce Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments such as multi-unit operations or on-demand services Proven leadership with progressive growth and P&L ownership, KPI management, and results-driven mindset Proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Comfortable managing a hybrid workforce of employees and contracted partners Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across finance, HR, logistics, culinary, and partners Customer-service, quality, accountability, and results oriented Requirements

Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Must have open availability, including nights and weekends Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) Includes vetting criteria used by AEDT (Automated Employment Decision Tool) as part of the process Role Details

Salary Range: $95,000 - $109,500 per year Location: Home location to be determined within 40 miles of NEW YORK, NY Benefits
