Enterprise Operations team , focused on delivering enterprise-wide capabilities, plans, and data & insights, that advance Nordstrom’s top strategic priorities. You’ll be part of a small, high-impact team with deep experience in management consulting, finance, merchandising, product management, and operations. This team has stood up an Enterprise Sales & Operations Execution mechanism aimed at identifying and solving small opportunities before they become large, while ensuring coordinated planning updates are in lock-step across all teams and outputs are aligned. Senior Manager, Program & Planning

on the Enterprise Planning & Delivery Team, you will play a critical, enterprise-level role spanning the entire business, enabling senior leaders and their teams to drive the business through our S&OE processes. You will deliver insights, manage relevant and rich agendas, and implement consistent program management best practices. You will partner across multiple planning teams to align their inputs and outputs, build workback plans, and maintain an outcome-based program calendar. This role will also have outsized responsibility for one of our most critical events of the year, Holiday, collaborating with key stakeholders to strengthen Nordstrom’s Holiday execution through program management elements. This position requires motivation, proactivity, results-orientation, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, combining strategic thinking with program and project management and problem-solving skills—both quantitative and qualitative. The day-to-day work includes crafting communications materials, developing processes, tools and templates, running ad-hoc analyses, and meeting with leaders across planning and operations. The candidate will work across topics including merchandising planning, finance, supply chain, marketing, stores, and digital, at varying levels from high-level strategy to detailed KPI tracking. You own this if you have … Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus 9+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance Experience in retail and understanding of industry dynamics, especially Holiday a plus Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation from diverse data Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to develop project plans and manage project execution Excellent communication, facilitation, and team-building skills Ability to handle ambiguity and change Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional partnerships and lead cross-departmental collaborations Ability to work across a wide breadth of topics, focusing on what matters Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint We’ve got you covered…

Pay offers are dependent on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $126,500.00 - $210,000.00 Annual. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
