Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Alternating shift pattern: 4 days on / 3 days off, then 3 days on / 4 days off. This position requires schedule flexibility (Exempt Salaried) and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Schedule subject to change based on production requirements. Position Overview:

HL Uriman Inc., a member of the Halla Group and a key supplier in the automotive parts industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals passionate about supply chain operations, production efficiency, and manufacturing logistics. The SCM Production Specialist will coordinate production and supply chain activities to ensure timely execution of production schedules, compliance with quality standards, and optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate activities with production staff and assist in improving the efficiency of production operations. Plan and coordinate activities to meet production schedules and ensure product compliance with specifications and modifications. Maintain high productivity and cost-effectiveness through proper scheduling of production, manpower, and downtime for sanitation and maintenance. Facilitate programs in training, safety, communication, and talent development. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining product integrity. Be responsible for health and safety in the department to establish a safe working culture. Establish and manage inventory control, including monitoring materials, performing cycle counts, reconciliation during discrepancies, and staging raw materials, consumables, and supplies. Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates. Review and analyze production data daily. Recommend solutions or initiate actions to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs. Capable of lifting wheels and tires (up to 51 lbs). Qualifications:

Strong oral and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills with management, employees, and business partners. High School Diploma or higher (bachelor's preferred). Ability to work on feet or sit for long hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required. Prior experience in materials management or production/manufacturing. Compensation & Benefits:
