Seeking a seasoned IT professional to deliver white-glove technical support for C-Suite executives and Executive Admins. The role requires deep expertise in Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, macOS/Windows, and mobile platforms, along with strong problem solving, communication, and discretion to ensure seamless executive experiences in a fast-paced environment. Type: Full-Time Summary Provide end-to-end VIP IT support across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Workspace, and Outlook/Exchange. Manage email, calendar, and device integrations, troubleshooting sync issues, scheduling conflicts, and security settings. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end VIP IT support across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Workspace, and Outlook/Exchange. Manage email, calendar, and device integrations, troubleshooting sync issues, scheduling conflicts, and security settings. Support conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and endpoint management (VPN, MDM, JAMF, Intune, Kandji). Proactively monitor and optimize executive IT setups; document VIP workflows/runbooks. Collaborate with Executive Admins to anticipate needs and prevent disruptions. Collaborate with IT teams/vendors to resolve systemic issues and improve processes. Requirements 8+ years in executive IT support / enterprise helpdesk. Strong expertise in Google Workspace and Outlook/Exchange integration. Skilled across Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS/Android environments. Experience with MDM and endpoint protection tools. Excellent communication, discretion, and customer-first mindset.
