Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing project development from initiation to closure. Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Manage labor and material costs, ensuring adherence to budget. Prepare and submit project estimates and RFPs with detailed cost projections. Establish and execute effective project communication plans. Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables. Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies. Implement and manage changes to meet project outputs. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Minimum of 3 years of experience in light industrial construction. Experience in subcontractor coordination, labor costs, material costs, and RFPs. Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Proficiency in project management software tools. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders. Company and Application Details
