Job Description As the Manager of Ads Analytics, you will play a key individual contributor role within the Ads Analytics team, supporting the development and delivery of actionable insights that drive media performance across Best Buy Ads campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations. This role is instrumental in supporting measurement strategies, campaign optimization, and demonstrating value to our clients. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at a Best Buy Ads office in Midtown Manhattan and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you’ll do

Deliver client-facing performance insights across key business categories Support the development and execution of measurement frameworks and joint business plans (JBPs) Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs Partner with Sales, Product, and Data Science teams to align analytics with campaign planning and execution Translate data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for agency and client partners Maintain and improve reporting tools and dashboards Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across analytics processes and methodologies Support the Senior Manager in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects Provide input on innovation opportunities in measurement and reporting Basic qualifications

4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing measurement Experience working with advertising agencies or media partners Experience with marketing analytics methods (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality, MMM, attribution) Proven ability to deliver client-facing insights and translate data into strategic recommendations Experience with modern analytics tools and methodologies Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Data Science, or related field or related experience Familiarity with marketing analytics methods (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality) Proficiency in tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R Experience with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, Meta Ads) What’s in it for you
