Key Responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth in both volume and size by identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach. Develop and execute outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking, to connect with prospects. Qualifications
Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role, preferably within ad tech, SaaS, or retail solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline generation goals. Skills and Traits: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and qualify leads effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high volumes of outreach and follow-ups. A proactive and persistent mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results. Must be located in Boston (3-4 days/week in Somerville office). Mindset: Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Curious and eager to learn, with a passion for the retail media and e-commerce industry. Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working with sales and marketing teams. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
