Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM/VDC Manager located in West Palm Beach, FL. The BIM/VDC Manager will be responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating virtual design tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of architectural and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models. The role involves working closely with project teams to implement BIM standards, troubleshoot design issues, and manage digital construction documentation. The BIM/VDC Manager will also facilitate meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
Experience in Virtual Design and Construction management
Strong understanding of Architectural principles and practices
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with relevant software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
Ability to create Architectural, Structural, MEPs, and Civil Models from 2D CAD files
