We are seeking a proactive Senior Microsoft Dynamics Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of a new CRM platform. Reporting to a Program Manager, this role involves defining the product vision, gathering requirements, and building out Dynamics case management tools to improve operational efficiency. The candidate will own the Dynamics product, drive user adoption, and continuously enhance features based on data insights. This is a unique opportunity to shape a key platform used across thousands of mailboxes, transforming how the organization manages cases, tracks performance, and boosts productivity. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics case management tools, aligning with business needs and project goals Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and develop the product roadmap Work closely with the Program Manager to coordinate milestones, mitigate risks, and resolve issues Lead user testing and training initiatives, creating training materials, conducting demos, and supporting user adoption Implement data collection and reporting processes to monitor platform performance and identify improvement opportunities Drive process optimization for case workflows and platform features Assist with quarterly UAT planning, test script creation, and final sign-offs Coordinate with global teams, including a Program Manager in India, ensuring clear communication and seamless delivery Continuously iterate on the product to improve features, efficiency, and meet evolving business needs
Qualifications
10+ years in product ownership/management at large enterprise companies 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, especially case management Experience establishing and optimizing new tools and platforms Data-driven with experience tracking performance metrics and enhancing features Proven skills in training design, user enablement, and testing strategy Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
Pluses
Experience in banking or financial services CRM migration project experience Familiarity with working with global teams (Program Manager is located in India)
