Our client is looking for a qualified Senior Project Manager to join their Education Sales Enablement Team in the Newark, NJ office or remotely. The Sales Enablement Team plays an important role in developing a variety of resources to support large sales teams in both the US and internationally. This role will be responsible for managing proposal development and account-based marketing projects for regular and strategic accounts. The candidate will be comfortable leading discussions among cross-functional teams as well as receiving constructive feedback and demonstrate an ability to take direction. Key Responsibilities:

Manage proposal development projects across assigned teams for strategic accounts Manage account-based marketing projects across assigned teams for strategic accounts Provide editorial review of materials created for quality control Liaise with multiple teams across the organization to manage project flow Work closely with the sales team to proactively support requests Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep the team apprised of project progress Proactively identify account/project needs and execute on action items Skills and Capabilities:

Stellar, detail-oriented and deadline-focused project management skills Proactive, with a strong sense of self-direction Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills Ability to engage key internal stakeholders to achieve objectives Excellent communicator both written and verbal Resourceful with ability to quickly take projects from idea to execution Strategic and creative thinker, inquisitive and willing to evaluate/change current processes Requirements:

4+ years of related work experience, preferably with project management in a healthcare environment Ability to manage other team members Management Degree, Marketing Degree, Public Health Degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability to support sales teams Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or experience managing design vendors a plus
